I work with clients to enhance life satisfaction, improve the quality of relationships, heal trauma, and develop the coping skills needed to manage distress. In a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, I provide the framework to address the internal conflict that may be keeping you from living the life you aspire toward.
I aim to support the unfolding of your authentic self and to inspire your personal growth and development. My view of well-being is holistic, in that I am attentive your mental, physical, spiritual, and relational needs. Through the process of therapy I promote resilience, balance, and compassion.
